Clavering Loyal Orange Lodge No. 1322 received its warrant on July 20th, 1871. William Shouldice was the first Worshipful Master of the Lodge.
The following report of the celebration of the Twelfth of July appeared in the Wiarton Echo in 1882 under the heading: "The Twelfth in Mount Horeb".
The lodge was declared dormant at the end of 1968. Robert Cutting of Zion was the Worshipful Master and the Recording Secretary was Thomas Smith of Clavering.
